I’ve enjoyed living at Joy Gardens since late 2010. Besides the magnificent views, sunsets, sunrises, and pool, I love the location. We have five international airports, Los Angeles, and San Diego attractions available. Plus—the mountains, beaches, and deserts are easy day trips.
Besides Airbnb, the potential for events is the best way to monetize Joy Gardens. We’ve hosted Film Screenings, Concerts, Publicity Parties, Internet Trainings, Social Media and Content Marketing Workshops, Yoga Retreats, Masterminds, and Philanthropy Fundraisers.
