I’ve enjoyed living at Joy Gardens since late 2010. Besides the magnificent views, sunsets, sunrises, and pool, I love the location. After living previously 20 minutes from the freeway for ten years, I love the easy access Joy Gardens has to the I-15 and 215 freeways. I can get to all the major shopping and entertainment so much easier. And save at least 40 minutes round trip. Downtown Fullerton and Disneyland are about 45 minutes away when you avoid rush hour. We have five international airports, Los Angeles, and San Diego attractions available. Plus—the mountains, beaches, and deserts are easy day trips.
Besides Airbnb, the potential for events is the best way to monetize Joy Gardens. We’ve hosted Film Screenings, Concerts, Publicity Parties, Internet Trainings, Social Media and Content Marketing Workshops, Yoga Retreats, Masterminds, and Philanthropy Fundraisers.
